Nerd Buy: ‘War of the Planet of the Apes’ Funko Pop! vinyls

The re-booted Planet of the Apes series really hits high gear with this third instalment, which will be crashing into the cinema in July. And to celebrate the release Funko have debuted the first series of POP! figures from the Apes franchise – and has more releases to come, once War of the Planet of the Apes hits cinemas.

Until then here are the first two War of the Planet of the Apes Funko Pops, in the forms of the two prime ape characters from the series so far: Caesar and Maurice. The conflict between the intelligent, advanced Apes has started to grow over the first two films, and with the second ending in open conflict now we are going to see the War begin in earnest…
