‘TNA Wrestling’ Review (Nov 20th 2025)

by Phil Wheat

Welcome to this week’s review of TNA Wrestling. Let’s get straight into the review and see what went down on this week’s show…

Match #1: Dani Luna def. Indi Hartwell, Rosemary & Myla Grace

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

The winners of two Knockouts 4-Way matches will face off in two weeks for a TNA Knockouts World Title opportunity at Final Resolution! First, Dani Luna, Indi Hartwell, Rosemary and Myla Grace collide. The bell rings and Luna immediately attacks Hartwell. Rosemary counters Hurts Donut but Hartwell hits a powerslam instead. Luna and Rosemary pull Grace and Hartwell to the outside. Rosemary fends off Luna with a warning of green mist. Rosemary bites Hartwell. Grace soars off the top, wiping out Rosemary on the floor. Meanwhile, Luna and Hartwell take each other down with double clotheslines. Rosemary introduces a steel chain but Grace sends her face-first into the post. Luna uses the chain on Hartwell to score the victory.

My Score: 3 out of 5

Match #2: Mance Warner def. Matt Cardona

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

After Matt Cardona eliminated Mance Warner from the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at Bound For Glory, the two face off here tonight! Warner blindsides Cardona before the opening bell. It doesn’t take long before Steph De Lander gets involved behind the referee’s back. Cardona bounces back with a Spinebuster, followed by the Reboot for two. Warner counters the Unprettier into a running knee. De Lander arms Warner with a steel chair and her purse. Cardona catches him with Radio Silence but De Lander puts Warner’s foot on the bottom rope. Warner hits Cardona with the purse to win.

My Score: 2.5 out of 5

Match #3: John Skyler def. Myron Reed

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

The action continues as Myron Reed of The Rascalz goes one-on-one with John Skyler of Order 4! Reed hits an Enzuigiri, followed by a Lungblower. Reed goes for Flame On but Skyler cuts him off with a Spear. During the match, it appears that the other members of The Rascalz have been taken out by Special Agent 0 outside the venue. Reed soars over the top, crashing into Skyler on the floor. Jason Hotch makes his way to ringside and helps Skyler secure a pinfall on Reed.

My Score: 3.5 out of 5

Match #4: Xia Brookside def. Killer Kelly, Victoria Crawford & Jody Threat

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

It’s time for the second Knockouts 4-Way match, where the winner will meet Dani Luna in two weeks for a coveted TNA Knockouts World Title opportunity! Xia Brookside, Victoria Crawford, Killer Kelly and Jody Threat face off. Brookside leaps off the apron, taking out Crawford and Threat with a crossbody. Tessa Blanchard joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary. Kelly locks in an innovative submission on Brookside. Threat launches Kelly with a German suplex off the ropes. Threat tackles Crawford to the floor. Meanwhile, Brookside hits Kelly with the Brooksie Bomb to win.

My Score: 3.5 out of 5

Match #5: JDC def. Eric Young

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

JDC battles Eric Young in a first-time-ever matchup where if JDC wins, he will earn a TNA World Title opportunity at Final Resolution. TNA World Champion Frankie Kazarian joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rewholdt on commentary. JDC flies with a slingshot crossbody to the outside. JDC is perched on the top but Young sends him toppling to the floor below. Young crashes and burns on a Moonsault attempt as JDC rolls to safety. JDC builds momentum with a Falcon Arrow. Young bites him to regain control. Young hits the top rope elbow drop for two. Young goes low, then spikes JDC with a Death Valley Driver for another near fall. JDC avoids a top rope Piledriver, then connects with Down & Dirty to score the victory.

My Score: 4 out of 5

Final Verdict: 3.5/5

Following on from recent week’s it feels like this week’s show is continuing the company’s road back to great wrestling – I might not agree with some of the story decisions, but the WRESTLING looks like it’s getting back on track. Mike Santana opened with an emotional, grounded promo about losing the world title and marking a sobriety milestone: the kind of character-building segment TNA sometimes forgets to give space to. It set the tone perfectly. The Knockouts division delivered again with the two 4-way qualifiers. While neither match reinvented anything, both kept the division hot and the stakes clear, with the winners feeling like credible threats rather than placeholders. The main event, JDC versus Eric Young, had great energy, even if the finish leaned a little too hard into shenanigans. A strong episode that built momentum, highlighted key divisions, and left me feeling like TNA is finally getting back on track!
