Tonight, it’s all about momentum as Ryan Nemeth battles Zachary Wentz. The early advantage goes to Wentz following a standing Shooting Star. Ryan trips him up on the top rope, then spikes Wentz with a DDT for two. Nic Nemeth hands Ryan one of the title belts. The referee disposes of it as Wentz capitalizes with the Spiral Tap to win.

Match #3: Call To Arms Match – Mustafa Ali def. John Skyler

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

Order 4 members Mustafa Ali and John Skyler clash in a Call To Arms Match! Both combatants will have one hand tied to the rope. Whoever gets untied first has the advantage and the winner is decided by pinfall or submission only. Ali immediately cuts his way free with a pair of scissors and goes on the attack. Skyler sends Ali to the floor with a back body drop. Jason Hotch hands Skyler the scissors so that he can break loose. Meanwhile, Tasha Steelz hides the evidence. Ali recovers and chokes Skyler with the rope. Ali puts him away with the top rope 450.

Match #6: Street Fight – Mike Santana def. A.J. Francis

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

After being screwed out of the TNA World Championship by A.J. Francis, Mike Santana is out for revenge in tonight’s Street Fight main event! The fight spills into the crowd as Santana delivers a big boot over the barricade. Back at the ringside area, Francis sends him face-first into the steel ring post. Francis hits a powerslam onto a steel chair but Santana kicks out at two. The assault continues with Tennessee Whisky. Santana bounces back with a springboard Moonsault, followed by the Rolling Buck 50. Santana hits a Death Valley Driver into the chairs for a near fall of his own. Santana sends Francis crashing off the apron into a pair of tables on the floor. TNA World Champion Trick Williams makes his way to ringside but Joe Hendry fights him off. Francis connects with a Styles Clash on Santana but it’s not enough. Santana smashes a champagne bottle over the head of Francis, followed by Spin the Block to win.

My Score: 4 out of 5

News of the Night:

  1. Cedric Alexander made his TNA debut after the Call to Arms Match, confronting Mustafa Ali

Final Verdict: 3.5/5

This week’s show offered a satisfying balance of in-ring action, character development, and build-up toward Slammiversary. Joe Hendry delivered a passionate opening promo, setting the tone for his renewed pursuit of the TNA World Championship and reestablishing himself as a top contender. The matches throughout the night were consistently engaging. Zachary Wentz had a solid bout with Ryan Nemeth, while The Hardys picked up a win in tag team action that also furthered Leon Slater’s storyline in the X-Division. Moose’s dominant win added momentum to his upcoming clash with Slater, and the mid-card scene saw a unique and hard-hitting “Call to Arms” match that continued to highlight TNA’s diverse roster. The clear standout of the night was the brutal Street Fight between Mike Santana and AJ Francis. Both men laid it all on the line in a violent, emotionally charged battle that ended with Santana scoring a decisive win. Meanwhile, the Knockouts division continued to build tension, with Killer Kelly’s promo and the battle royal stirring drama and likely setting up a major showdown at Slammiversary. Overall this was a strong, story-driven episode that hit all the right notes. The build to Slammiversary is heating up, and if this episode is any indication, the pay-per-view should (as usual) deliver in a big way.
