This had a lot of matches. That should make me happy. That being said, this was squash matches up and down until we got to the main event. The main event was good fun, but it lacked the cohesive grappling pedigree to… The Iron Shiek: STUPID IDIOT TURKEY! PTULY!!!!! Gene Okerlund: Does he pass the f–kin’ potatoes?! IS: TINY D–K!!!! GO: Better not be sayin’ that s–t about me! Me: It was a night that had lots of new people win matches in short order and Ember Moon losing for some reason. Who’d she piss off? Mandy Rose? She is getting better, but not enough to be beating Ember, especially on TV. Indi looked good in her return to the ring. LA won and he needed it. These matches though…dull. When you get a two hour card of short, dull matches, what are you to do? NXT is settling into the developmental mentality again, so I guess this is the way these shows will be from now on. We do have an NXT North American Title Match between Isaiah Scott and Santos Escobar next week. I’m looking forward to that. Well. I guess there wasn’t much to this, now was there? Duke Hudson got a vignette where played poker. The Diamond Mine got a vignette showing them training. Aren’t you just thrilled? Yeah, me neither. Well, I’ll see you next time.
