The line-up for this years Celluloid Screams horror film festival, which takes place at Sheffield’s Showroom Cinema from 24th – 26th October, has today been revealed in full. It includes a number of short films, including two by Andy Stewart – Split and INK.

As already announced, Astron-6′s latest, eagerly-awaited film, The Editor will open this years Celluloid Screams – with the Astron 6 gang of Adam Brooks, Matthew Kennedy and Conor Sweeney in attendance. Also in attendance (and one MAJOR reason for horror fans to make sure they make it to the fest this year) is legendary producer/director Brian Yuzna, with screenings of his films Society, Bride of Re-Animator and  a rare big-screen showing of the superb Dagon!

The full line-up includes screenings of Housebound, Creep, Chocolate Strawberry Vanilla, Starry Eyes, What We Do In The Shadows, Suburban Gothic, Spring, The ABCs of Death 2, and closing the festival is Dead Snow 2: Red vs. Dead. Celluloid Screams will also feature an all-nighter event on the Saturday boasting four 80s sci-fi horror favourites: Bride of Re-Animator, Stephen King’s Maximum Overdrive, Fred Dekker’s amazing Night of the Creeps (one of all-time favourites) and Killer Klowns from Outer Space – no doubt screened from the new HD master that is set to debut on Blu-ray this year from Arrow Video.

Festival passes have just gone on sale too, make sure you check out the Celluloid Screams site for more info.
