Danni creates separation following a mid-ring collision with Ash. The pace quickens as King goes on the attack. King plants Heather with a Samoan Drop for two. Ash and Heather regain control as Heather hits Danni with a modified Spanish Fly to win.

My Score: 3 out of 5

Match #3: Frankie Kazarian def. Sami Callihan

After crossing paths last week, Sami Callihan battles Call Your Shot Trophy holder Frankie Kazarian! As Callihan is making his entrance, he’s attacked from behind by Mance Warner, alongside Steph De Lander. Security separates the two as a beaten-down Callihan valiantly makes his way to the ring. The match begins and Callihan quickly hits a Stunner for two. Warner reappears at ringside, allowing Kazarian to lock in the Chicken Wing and win by submission.

Following her victory in last week’s Knockouts Battle Royal, Savannah Evans challenges Masha Slamovich for the Knockouts World Championship! Evans pummels Slamovich off the top rope to the floor. The fight spills to the outside where Evans hits a Chokebomb on the apron, followed by a powerslam. Tessa Blanchard is seen watching the match from backstage. My Score: 3 out of 5

Match #6: Eric Young w/ The Northern Armory (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) def. Josh Alexander

The following is courtesy of tnawrestling.com:

Josh Alexander competes in his final match in TNA against Eric Young! Alexander erases him off the apron with a running crossbody. Judas Icarus and Travis Williams provide a distraction from ringside, allowing Young to gain control. Moments later, Young has the referee’s attention while Icarus and Williams assault Alexander. Both men are down after Alexander hits a dropkick out of the corner. Alexander secures an Ankle Lock but Young quickly breaks free. Young hits his signature top rope elbow drop for two. Alexander bounces back with a Styles Clash but it’s not enough to keep Young down. Alexander counters a top rope Piledriver into a Sharpshooter. Williams and Icarus make their presence felt once again. Young drills Alexander with a mask, then spikes him with the Piledriver to win.

My Score: 4 out of 5

Final Verdict: 3.5/5

A good episode of TNA this week. This episode opened strong with the men’s title defence and we got a women’s title match too! Interesting to see former NWA champs on this week’s show alongside NXT’s Cora Jade… TNA are really getting into this “cross-promotion” stuff these days aren’t they? Maybe that’s because their home-grown talent are all leaving? Whatever, it’s fun to see people not normally on TNA programming turn up from time to time! And to top it all off we got a fantastic main event featuring the outgoing Jopsh Alexander losing to long-time TNA vet Eric Young. Where does Alexander go from here?
