‘WWE Raw’ Review (Nov 3rd 2025)

by Phil Wheat

Welcome to our review of this past Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, right here on Nerdly! Let’s see what went down on this week’s show…

Match #1: Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez def. Stephanie Vaquer & Nikki Bella

The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Although the fight between Stephanie Vaquer and Raquel Rodriguez spilled outside the ring in the final moments, Raquel drove the Women’s World Champion face-first into the ring apron before clubbing Nikki Bella through the ropes. This allowed Roxanne Perez to hit Pop Rox and pick up a huge win over the WWE Hall of Famer.

My Score: 3 out of 5

Match #2: Penta def. El Grande Americano

The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

As the official was ejecting the disruptive Bravo of Los Americanos from ringside, Rayo handed El Grande Americano an implement to make himself a loaded mask. Penta was ready, however, and he took out Rayo with a high-flying maneuver at ringside before hitting his opponent with a Mexican Destroyer from the ropes for the epic victory.

My Score: 2.5 out of 5

Match #3: Asuka & Kairi Sane def. Bayley & Lyra Valkyria

The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

After pushing Lyra Valkyria into Bayley, Asuka caught Lyra off the ropes and locked her in the Asuka Lock to make her tap out. When The Kabuki Warriors surrounded Valkyria to execute a possible post-match attack , however, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss stormed in and chased away Asuka and Sane.

My Score: 3.5 out of 5

Match #4: World Tag Team Championship – AJ Styles & Dragon Lee def. Finn Bálor & JD McDonagh

The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

In the final moments, Dominik Mysterio attempted to help The Judgment Day, but he was neutralized by Sheamus. After Dragon Lee took out Finn Bálor, The Phenomenal One caught JD McDonagh with a Styles Clash to pick up the first title defense for his team.

My Score: 3.5 out of 5

Match #5: CM Punk & Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed (Double count-out)

The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

When a wild brawl resulted in a double count-out, The Vision gained the advantage and took out Jey Uso. Then, Logan Paul emerged to knock out CM Punk before handing the brass knuckles to Paul Heyman.

My Score: 2.5 out of 5

Final Verdict: 3/5

A much better episode of Raw this week – at least in terms of in-ring action, which was good and plentiful. OK, so it wasn’t must-see, but it successfully set the stage for what’s to come, and it definitely balanced action and story – even with a few pacing issues. There’s also a creeping predictability in match outcomes, like in the main event, which dulled some excitement that the performances otherwise earned. Not every segment hit the mark, but overall this episode was a much-needed improvement over recent weeks.
