Final Verdict: 2/5
I’m sorry but this week’s Raw, in terms of wrestling, was shit. Storytelling, yeah I’ll give the show huge credit for really building the hype for Wrestlemania but as a cohesive whole this was bad. Apart from the first match the rest of the card limped by, with far too much interference and ridiculousness (like feigning an injury to get the win) to make anything even remotely worth recommending. And the ending? With Rhodes and The Rock fighting in the parking lot in the rain? To me, it felt like part of an entirely different show… People complain about cinematic matches but they should be complaining about cinematic beatdowns too!
