Final Verdict: 3.75/5
What a great episode of Raw this week. There were a couple of matches that faltered but we got three great matches, one good one and two OK matches – and that, based on the previous history of Raw, is GREAT for the WWE. The standout has to be the Gunther/Kofi match, which managed to deliver a fantastic viewing experience and tell a great story even when we all knew Gunther wasn’t dropping the belt to Kofi. And that was the thing this week, the storytelling. As a follow-up to the Royal Rumble, this week’s show had a lot of heavy lifting to do to continue AND build new stories and feuds post-Rumble and it did that with aplomb.
