Interview: Graham Fellows, aka John Shuttleworth, talks ‘Father Earth’

by Stuart Wright

In his latest podcast/interview, host and screenwriter Stuart Wright talks to comedian, musician and filmmaker Graham Fellows about his new documentary Father Earth. Shot over 12 years, it stars himself as his long-standing comic character John Shuttleworth, his father and his son as he tries to get to grips with saving the world from ecological and environmental disaster.

Father Earth is the true story of one man’s attempt to help save the planet, by converting a derelict church on a windswept island in Orkney into an eco friendly recording studio, having driven a G Wiz electric car there all the way from London. That’s the plan, but Life and Relationships – specifically between fathers and sons – can get in the way, appearing even more important than the future of the planet!

Father Earth is touring the UK with Graham Fellows in attendance. For dates and locations see his website. The film also gets a digital download release on December 1st 2022.
