News of the Night:

  1. Hangman Page turned down the Bucks offer to be part of a trios team.
  2. CM Punk showed up after the main event, making his AEW return after injury.

Final Verdict: 4/5

Well that was one hell of an episode of Dynamite. The show opened strong with two great matches back to back, then we got a lull with some squash matches and promos, then things picked up with a main event that ranks up there with the best AEW has put on this year. I may not be a fan of Jericho these days but there’s no denying when he has to go he really goes. Punk’s return was just the icing on the cake of a great overall show.
