Bragg’s ORYX Gaming has expanded its reach in the UK market

by James Smith

Over the past few years, the UK has gotten much better at regulating iGaming instead of banning it. One of the recent positive steps has been awarding a license to Bragg Gaming Group’s ORYX Gaming. The company’s online gambling content is already available to UK players, and now is the perfect time to give it a try.

What you need to know about Bragg Gaming Group

Bragg Gaming Group is a relatively new yet well-established B2B company that works mostly with iGaming software. It was only launched in 2018 but has since gained global recognition. Bragg operates in Europe and the Americas and plans to expand further.

ORYX Gaming is Bragg’s subsidiary that produces online gambling content; it has its own distribution platform, ORYX Hub. ORYX might not be the best-known iGaming content creator (yet), but players of online casino sites in 2022 have already had a chance to try some of ORYX’s titles, such as Hard Cash, Super Sevens, and Fruit Lines.

As is clear from this list, ORYX has a lot of slots to offer, but it is not the only type of online gambling content the company works with. ORYX’s iGaming products portfolio includes table and card games, virtual sports, and live dealer casino software as well.

Bragg’s ORYX Gaming is available to UK players now

Despite ORYX’s growing popularity in the world, UK players had not been able to play the creator’s games freely until recently. The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) granted ORYX a license in November 2021, so the company is now allowed to provide its content to a lot of licensed UK operators. It is a major step for ORYX.

ORYX offers not only the games developed by its own studio (such as Hard Cash and Fruit Lines) but also GAMOMAT’s products. GAMOMAT is a German iGaming content developer that has already made a name for itself in the industry. Few players have not tried or at least heard of Sevens Fire, Ramses Book, and Sceptre of Cleo. Now, since ORYX has entered the UK market, all of these titles are available to UK slot lovers alongside ORYX’s own creations.

According to Chris Looney, Bragg’s Chief Commercial Officer, the company is “very excited to introduce [its] content to a new audience.”

What games to look out for?

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the online casino industry has been thriving like never before. UK players have a lot of iGaming options to choose from, no matter how picky they are. But ORYX is not entering the UK market empty-handed. The content creator has a few great titles to contribute to UK players’ choice overload:

  • Egyptian Magic. Egyptian Magic is a new slot by Atomic Slot Lab, a new content creator that belongs to Bragg. It is actually very impressive, considering that the game is Atomic Slot Lab’s debut. Egyptian Magic has a variety of bonuses, decent visuals, and, obviously, the mysterious vibe of Ancient Egypt.
  • American Roulette. American Roulette is one of ORYX’s most popular titles, which is well-deserved. There is nothing special or unexpected about it. But a lot of players appreciate classics, so American Roulette’s popularity is in no way surprising.
  • Vegas Strip Single Deck Blackjack. Vegas Strip Single Deck Blackjack is a great option for all blackjack lovers who appreciate playing with a dealer. Keep in mind, though, that ORYX’s take on single-deck blackjack is not the easiest one, so it might be a better choice for players who have some experience with the game.

This is only a short list of what Bragg’s ORYX has to offer. The official ORYX gaming website features hundreds of games. Regardless of what you enjoy the most, you are guaranteed to find something there that fits your taste. And judging by how quickly ORYX has been growing since being awarded a license in the UK, new games will keep coming.
