Launching on YouTube Red, Step Up: High Water is a new dance drama series which is based on the popular Step Up movie franchise which launches on January 31st… and I for one am excited. I’m a HUGE fan of the Step Up franchise (though Step Up 2 will NEVER be beaten) and I’m not ashamed to admit it – sod the “guilty pleasure” tag! Ahead of the premiere, here’s a trailer for the show, which relocates the action to Atlanta.

Welcome to Atlanta, home of High Water— the city’s most cutthroat performing arts school. When twins Tal and Janelle relocate from Ohio, they find themselves thrust into a world where every move is a test.
