OMG… There’s a new ‘Earth Defense Force’ game coming!
Excuse me if I fanboy a little, scratch that, a LOT! The Earth Defense Force franchise is easily one of my favourite video game series – so much so that I own each and every game: from the PS2 days of when it was Monster Attack and later Global Defence Force, to the very latest PS4 incarnation, Earth Defense Force 4.1, I have played and LOVED each and every entry.
Which is why I may have gotten a little too excited over news that there is a fifth game on the way! This time made for current-gen consoles (and it shows in the updated monstrous graphics), Earth Defense Force 5 not only features more giant bugs but also giant alien frogs that are heavily armed! What!!!!
