First trailer for ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’
Check out the first trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which is once again directed by Marc Webb and stars Andrew Garfield as the titular hero, alongside Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Jamie Foxx as Electro, Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn and Paul Giamatti as Rhino, as well as Felicity Jones, Sally Field, Chris Cooper, Brian Haley, Colm Feore, and B.J. Novak.
It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.
Written by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci (Star Trek, Transformers) and Jeff Pinkner (Fringe, Lost), The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set for a UK release on April 18th 2014, with a US release scheduled for May 2nd.
