One-sheet poster for Slash-produced ‘Nothing Left to Fear’

by Phil Wheat

Nothing Left to Fear is the first terrific terror tale from Slasher Films (founded by Guns N’ Roses rock legend/horror nut Slash), directed by Gore Verbinski’s visionary protégé Anthony Leonardi III. Ahead of the films screening at this Saturday nights Frightfest Halloween All-Nighter we have the official poster to share with you, our horror-loving readers! If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, check out the last installment of our semi-regular feature, Trailer Park.

A pleasing throwback to such old school horrors as CHILDREN OF THE CORN and THE GATHERING, James Tupper and Anne Heche are the new pastor and his wife who arrive in Stull, Kansas, with their three kids hoping for an idyllic country life. At first the town and its people look like being the answer to their prayers, but then the supposedly retiring pastor Clancy Brown puts into motion an ancient ritual that unleashes a demonic fury. For Stull is one of the seven gateways to Hell and its inhabitants must quell the Beast who rises to walk the Earth at all bloody costs. An atmospheric frightener in the new meta-vintage tradition, this grisly shocker delves deep into the heart of depraved community darkness.

For more info on the film check out the Nothing Left to Fear official Facebook page. The film will be released on DVD through Anchor Bay and VOD, On Download and On-Demand, in February 2014.
