Grimm Up North launch “Mini Grimmfest” this Easter

Grimm Up North, the Manchester-based horror festival have been continuing there cause the bring horror to the North of England with a brand new Easter event, the Mini Grimmfest. Three nights, six movies and all for £20 – and that includes an exclusive goodie bag which will incude DVD, Tshirt, poster and magazine!

Check out the line-up (so wish I could make the Slice and Dice screening!)

26th March

  • INTRUDER (Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi star in this little known eighties gem)
  • SLICE AND DICE: THE SLASHER FILM FOREVER (Brand new documentary about the history of Slasher movies) *North West Premiere*

28th March

  • ENTITY (Brand new UK supernatural horror set in Russia) *North West Premiere*
  • I DIDN’T COME HERE TO DIE (New US teen horror being compared to the original EVIL DEAD) UK Premiere

4th April

  • THE BROOD (Cronenberg classic, HD Remastered)
  • SCANNERS (Cronenberg classic, HD Remastered)

The mini Grimmfest will also include Q&A’s from Steve Stone, director of Entity, who talks about the making of the film; and Calum Waddell, producer/director of Slice and Dice, who talks about the making of this special documentary.
