‘All Elite Wrestling: Dark’ Review (Sept 8th & 15th 2020)
Welcome to another double-stuffed review of All Elite Wrestling: Dark, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and I’m doing the number-rating-only deal for this sucker. I’ll still recommend the matches that were the best, but that’s it Brad Pitt.

SEPTEMBER 8th 2020
- Will Hobbs def. Sean Legacy – 1.7
- Brian Cage def. Tony Donati – 1.4
- Angélico def. Griff Garrison – 2.4
- Anna Jay def. Skyler Moore – 2.1
- Eddie Kingston def. Lee Johnson – 2.3
- Sonny Kiss def. Serpentico – 2.5
- Ricky Starks def. Ben Carter – 2.8
Final Verdict: 2.4/5
There’s plenty of good action from the last match, thanks to Starks (Carter did well as well).
SEPTEMBER 15th 2020
- Brandi Rhodes (w/Dustin Rhodes) def. Red Velvet – 1.9
- Penelope Ford (w/ Kip Sabian) def. Dani Jordyn – 1.6
- Brian Cage def. Megabyte Ronnie – 1.5
- Santana and Ortiz def. Griff Garrison and Brian Pillman Jr. – 2.7
- Will Hobbs def. Jessy Sorensen – 1.8
- Ivelisse and Diamante vs. Skyler Moore and Rache Chanel – 2.5
- Colt Cabana def. QT Marshall w/Allie – 2.9
- Brandon Cutler vs. Peter Avalon (w/ Leva Bates) [Double Count-Out] – 3.5
- Best Friends def. Maxx Stardom and Dontae Smiley – 2.7
- The Dark Order (3, 4, Grayson and Evil Uno) def. Private Party and The Gunn Club (Billy and Austin Gunn) – 3.2
Final Verdict: 3/5
Cutler and Avalon carried this show, but the main event also made a big contribution.
Ultimate Verdict: 2.7/5
Cutler and Avalon was good stuff and that’s what Dark should be doing now, not a thousand squash matches.
