‘WWE Raw’ Review (Feb 9th 2026)
Welcome to our review of this past Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, right here on Nerdly! Let’s see what went down on this week’s show…

Match #1: World Tag Team Championship – The Usos def. Alpha Academy
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Otis chucked Akira Tozawa over the top rope onto The Usos on the outside. Otis went for the Caterpillar, but Jey clobbered him with a Superkick. The Usos hit a Double Superkick on Otis, but he leveled The Usos with a clothesline. Tozawa hit a pair of dives on Jimmy and Jey before nailing a senton bomb on Jimmy, who kicked out just in time. The Usos discombobulated Otis with a double Spear before landing the 1-D to retain their title. After the match, Jimmy stated his desire for Jey to qualify for the Elimination Chamber.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5
Match #2: Triple Threat Elimination Chamber Qualifier – Rhea Ripley def. Lyra Valkyria and Ivy Nile
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Lyra Valkyria executed a reverse Boston crab on Rhea Ripley but could not secure the submission. Ivy Nile showcased her power by hitting a German suplex as Valkyria was superplexing Ripley. Ripley connected with the Riptide on Valkyria to qualify for the Chamber.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5
Match #3: Maxxine Dupri vs. Nattie (Double Count-Out)
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
After Nattie ended her friendship with Maxxine Dupri in brutal fashion several weeks ago, Dupri looked for payback while ruthlessly targeting Nattie’s ankle. The two fought to the outside and clobbered each other on the announce table. The brawl lasted so long, however, that both competitors were counted out. Nattie locked in the Sharpshooter on the announce table as Dupri screamed in pain. AJ Lee stormed her way to Dupri’s aid but got ambushed by Becky Lynch as Lee was helping Dupri to the backstage area.
My Score: 2 out of 5
Match #4: Je’Von Evans & “Original” El Grande Americano def. Los Americanos
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Je’Von Evans revealed that his surprise tag team partner was “Original” El Grande Americano. “Original” hit a double German suplex on Los Americanos. As The Original went to the top rope, the second El Grande Americano pushed him off. Bravo tried going for a splash but was met with an incredible leaping OG Cutter from Evans. The Original then hit a headbutt onto Bravo to win the match. After the bout, El Grande Americano attacked Evans and tried to rip the mask off of The Original. The Original almost unmasked Americano, but the second Americano escaped.
My Score: 3 out of 5
Match #5: Triple Threat Elimination Chamber Qualifier – LA Knight def. Penta and Austin Theory
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
LA Knight, Penta and Austin Theory collided in a Triple Threat Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match. Knight clobbered Theory over the top rope and slammed his opponent’s heads into the announce table. Just as The Megastar was readying for the BFT, Logan Paul and Bronson Reed got involved in the match as Reed hit a huge Tsunami on Knight. Theory connected with a Stomp on Knight, but Penta pulled Theory out of the ring before the ref could count to three. Out of nowhere, The Masked Man superkicked Theory and delivered a Stomp before Paul chased him away. Moments later, Knight hit a BFT on Theory to win the match.
My Score: 3 out of 5
Final Verdict: 3/5
This week’s episode of Raw was very much a “do the job” kind of show. Nothing outright bad, nothing especially memorable either — just a functional Raw designed to move pieces into place ahead of Elimination Chamber. The tag title opener was solid but heat-light, both Chamber qualifiers were decent without ever really kicking into a higher gear, and the Maxxine Dupri/Nattie bout existed almost entirely to serve the angle rather than the match itself. Je’Von Evans and the El Grande Americano chaos at least injected some personality into the night, while the main event delivered the most consistent action, even if the interference-heavy finish felt very on-brand for current WWE TV. All told, it’s an episode you won’t regret watching… but probably won’t remember in a few weeks either.
