‘WWE Raw’ Review (Oct 13th 2025)
Welcome to our review of this past Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, right here on Nerdly! Let’s see what went down on this week’s show…

Match #1: Intercontinental Title Match – Dominik Mysterio def. Penta
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
After Penta dove over the top rope to take out an interfering Rusev, Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio dropped his title in the ring. As the official was removing it, the mischievous titleholder hit his opponent with a hammer. “Dirty” Dom then put the weapon into his boot and used it to blast Penta with the 619 before finishing him with a flog splash for the three-count.
My Score: 3.5 out of 5
Match #2: Rhea Ripley def. Kairi Sane
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
After Rhea Ripley defeated Kairi Sane with the Riptide, The Eradicator and IYO SKY fell victim to a vicious post-match attack by the Kendo stick-wielding Kabuki Warriors.
My Score: 3 out of 5
Match #3: Bronson Reed def. Jimmy Uso
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Moments after Bronson Reed scored a victory over Jimmy Uso with the Tsunami, a post-match attack by “The Tribal Thief” and Bron Breakker brought “Main Event” Jey Uso to the ring to help his brother. After cleaning the ring of their adversaries, Jey and Jimmy shared a tense exchange as the former prepared to compete in a Triple Threat Match to earn a World Heavyweight Title opportunity.
My Score: 2 out of 5
Match #4: Lyra Valkyria & Bayley def. Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Lyra Valkyria triggered Bayley’s unpredictable nature and pushed The Role Model to pick up the victory over Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez of The Judgment Day with the Rose Plant to Perez.
My Score: 2.5 out of 5
Match #5: World Heavyweight Title No. 1 Contender’s Triple Threat Match – CM Punk def. Jey Uso and LA Knight
The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Although LA Knight hit CM Punk with the BFT, Jey Uso pulled The Megastar out of the ring before he could get the pin and hurled him into the rings steps. When Uso went for the Uso Splash on Punk, however, The Second City Saint got his knees up and leveled Uso with the Go To Sleep to become the No. 1 Contender to World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
My Score: 3 out of 5
Final Verdict: 3/5
Broadcast live from Perth, this week’s Raw was equal parts fallout and reset after Crown Jewel — a night that leaned on chaos, betrayal, and bold pivots. The main event saw CM Punk outlast Jey Uso and LA Knight to become the new No. 1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, setting up an inevitable collision with Seth Rollins. But the night’s biggest shock came moments later, when Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed turned on Rollins, dismantling their leader and aligning with Paul Heyman. The betrayal instantly reshaped the landscape, leaving “The Vision” in ruins and Rollins vulnerable heading into Survivor Series season. Elsewhere, Rhea Ripley dominated Kairi Sane in front of her home-country fans before being blindsided in a post-match attack, while the women’s tag scene gained intrigue with tension between Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. Overall, this was an uneven but dramatic episode.
