Welcome to this week’s NWA: Powerrr review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and suck it. You ready for NWA: Powerrr? Then watch NWA: Powerrr. Do it!

[Author’s Note: This show features Tyrus, who has been accused of sexual harassment. Tyrus has been found neither guilty nor innocent of the crimes with which he has been accused. If Tyrus’s presence on this show alarms of disgusts you, then viewer discretion is advised.]

Match #1: Sliced Boogie defeated Jeremiah Plunkett

The Score: 6 out of 10

  • The Good: Boogie and The Plank had a nice match here. They put enough oomph in their moves to make them pop…like my cherry. John Denver: Thank God I’m a country boy! Me: You died a carack head. JD: I…died? Dewey Cox: You died John Denver?! I just died! Look! The Chorus: Hey! Have you heard the news? Dewey Cox died! No! Say it isn’t so! Dewey Cox died! JD: Jesus! DC: (crying) I f—kin’ died! Me: Who cares. Okay. This had some nice action.
  • The Bad: This didn’t go all that long or make that much of an impact.
  • The Verdict: This was a decent opener…honey.

Match #2: Tyrus (with Austin Idol) defeated Matthew Mims

The Score: 2 out of 10

  • The Good: Mims didn’t get get hit by a bus.
  • The Bad: The match was pretty bad.
  • The Verdict: This match should never have been booked. Tyrus just can’t do anything in the ring right now.

Match #3: Thunder Rosa & Alex Gracia defeated Skye Blue and Jennacide (Disqualification)

The Score: 3 out of 10

  • The Good: Rosa looked great carrying the other three fighters.
  • The Bad: This was just Rosa carrying three other people.
  • The Verdict: Rosa is great and, if these other three were paying any attention to how Rosa carried them, they might just be great one day too.

Match #4: (Main Event) Chris Adonis defeated Trevor Murdoch – No Disqualification Match For The NWA National Title

The Score: 7 out of 10

  • The Good: Adonis was very convincing as the beast that crushed the fabulous Murdoch, who himself was channeling classic 70s rasslin’ here. This was the most enthralling squash I’ve seen in a very long time. This was a bit more competitive than that, but this was mostly jut Adonis decimating ol Murdoch.
  • The Bad: This was terribly short for match of its kind.
  • The Verdict: I’d say that this was a thrilling main event that was kinda disappointing despite being worthwhile.

Final Verdict: 6/10

This was a decent show that I enjoyed, warts and all.
