Coming Soon: Tom Clancy’s The Division 2
2019 is set to be a fantastic year for gaming as the industry continues to grow at the rate of knots. Video gaming really is bigger than ever, and this shown in the fact the American gaming industry grew just short of 20% back in 2017, and this has continued through to 2019. There are now so many popular devices on the market such as the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and of course smartphones. The industry is only set to grow further with competition rising meaning it is a great time to look for the best offers available. Here we cover The Division 2, which is set to be released on March 15th, and is one of the most anticipated games of the year for many.
Ubisoft’s The Division certainly divided option upon its release with many people believing they got a lot wrong. However there is little doubt this has now transformed into a solid multiplayer shooter. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 launches on March 15, and the initial reviews are that it is a much better and more polished game for players. The game will be available for players on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The beta version will start on February 7th 2019 for three days, ending on February 10th. Then following the games release, there will be three episodes of downloadable content, which will add to new story content and gameplay modes.
This sequel takes place in Washington DC from the previous New York City, in which you must battle through to the capitol steps in the midst of a civil war. Ubisoft have also announced that there will be two forms of PvP multiplayer in the game. The first of which takes place in the games ‘Dark Zones’. These will be the east, south and west, in which you will be able to choose to take action against other players.
The other form of PvP multiplayer will be the traditional approach, which has shown to be a success in many different games. This is being called Conflict, which will be split into two modes. These are called Skirmish and Domination. There are also already three maps released that are called Stadium, Georgetown, Capital Ruins.
- Skirmish – Team Deathmatch
- Domination – Capturing objectives and defending them from the other team.
