by Phil Wheat

Ahead of the films appearance at the years Cannes Film Festival, which takes place between 8th-17th May, genre sales specialists Devilworks have revealed the second title in their Cannes lineup – the horror comedy The Restaurant – along with the artwork and trailer for the film. Set in New York, the movie takes place in the titular restaurant, which plays host to demons who feed on some of the attending patrons…

Andy made a deal with a demon. He manages a small but ambitious Italian eatery called Scoppa. The demon’s black magic lures patrons to the restaurant; in return, Andy feeds guests to the demon, who dwells in the basement. It was all going smoothly, business was booming, reviews were glowing… Until the busboy found out.

The Restaurant comes from executive producer Kris Maxx; and is written and directed by Eric Ford-Holevinski (aka Eric T. Ford).
