Famed horror composer Fabio Frizzi will be taking part in a Q&A at MCM London Comic Con this Friday, complete with musical excerpts, classic clips and horror DVD giveaways. Frizzi, who has composed the soundtracks to more than 70 movies and many TV series, with be talking with music journalist Tom Fenwick (FACT Magazine) about his career and films at 17:00 in the Platinum Theatre on the Friday of Comic Con.

Living in Rome, Fabio Frizzi fell in love with music and studied classical guitar, piano and composition. Eclectic in nature, he has had experience in many areas of music, but Fabio is best known for his work on iconic horror scores alongside a host of popular Italian directors, especially his collaborations with legendary cult director Lucio Fulci.
Frizzi’s cinema credits include cult horror classics The Beyond, City of the Living Dead, Four of the Apocalypse, Seven Notes in Black, Sella d’Argento and Zombi 2 aka Zombie Flesh Eaters. In 2003, Quentin Tarantino included a theme from Seven Notes in Black (directed by Lucio Fulci,1977) in the soundtrack of Kill Bill: Vol. 1.
In recent years, Fabio Frizzi has been touring the world with his shows ‘Frizzi 2 Fulci’ and ‘Fabio Frizzi – Rewind’; shows dedicated to his collaboration with Lucio Fulci. You can catch Fabio’s Halloween gig this Saturday at Islington’s Union Chapel.
