by Phil Wheat

Welcome to the latest installment of Trailer Park, our regular look at the latest trailers to hit the interwebs. This weeks line-up features a bevy of the latest movie trailers including: Horrible Bosses 2, Exodus: Gods and Kings, Northwest, Foxcatcher, What If, Into the Storm, Dracula Untold and Reach Me.

Horrible Bosses 2

Fed up with answering to higher-ups, Nick, Dale and Kurt decide to become their own bosses by launching their own business in “Horrible Bosses 2.” But a slick investor soon pulls the rug out from under them. Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor’s adult son and ransom him to regain control of their company.

Exodus: Gods and Kings

From acclaimed director Ridley Scott (Gladiator, Prometheus) comes the epic adventure EXODUS: GODS AND KINGS, the story of one man’s daring courage to take on the might of an empire. Using state of the art visual effects and 3D immersion, Scott brings new life to the story of the defiant leader Moses (Christian Bake) as he rises up against the Egyptian Pharaoh Ramses (Joel Edgerton), setting 600,000 slaves on a monumental journey of escape from Egypt and its terrifying cycle of deadly plagues.

Northwest

What would you do if your childhood playground became a battleground for crime? That is what 18yr old Casper (Gustav Dyekjær Giese), faces in the notorious Nordvest suburb of Copenhagen. He commits petty theft to make ends meet, working for crime boss Jamal. But where you have crime, you have competition, and it isn’t long before a new kingpin hits Nordvest and the talented Casper gets offered a chance by a rival crime boss to make his way up the ranks. However every decision has consequences and Casper throws his family into the centre of a violent war that threatens to destroy them all. This brilliant dark drama from award-winning director Michael Noer and the producers of 2012’s critically-acclaimed ‘A Hijacking’ lifts the rock and looks underneath at the reality of the impoverished lives of many modern European cities, a gripping and brutal film.

Foxcatcher

Based on shocking true events, FOXCATCHER is a psychological thriller which tells the fascinating story of Olympic gold medal-winning brothers Mark and Dave Schultz and their tragic relationship with a multi-millionaire benefactor, John du Pont.

What If

WHAT IF follows Wallace and Chantry, who meet by chance at a party and feel the chemistry, but Wallace is recovering from a failed relationship and Chantry has a long-term boyfriend. Acting with the best of intentions and a touch of denial, Wallace and Chantry take on the challenge of being just friends. The adventure is both rocky and very funny as our protagonists navigate the perils of unintended nude camping, risqué wardrobe malfunctions, badly timed international air travel and generally terrible advice from their friends.

Into The Storm

In the span of a single day, the town of Silverton is ravaged by an unprecedented onslaught of tornadoes. The entire town is at the mercy of the erratic and deadly cyclones, even as storm trackers predict the worst is yet to come. Most people seek shelter, while others run towards the vortex, testing how far a storm chaser will go for that once-in-a-lifetime shot. Told through the eyes and lenses of professional storm chasers, thrill-seeking amateurs, and courageous townspeople, “Into the Storm” throws you directly into the eye of the storm to experience Mother Nature at her most extreme.

Dracula Untold

Luke Evans (Fast & Furious 6, Immortals) stars in Dracula Untold, the origin story of the man who became Dracula. Gary Shore directs and Michael De Luca produces the epic action-adventure that co-stars Sarah Gadon, Dominic Cooper, Diarmaid Murtagh and Samantha Barks.

Reach Me

A comedy/drama centered on a group of people who all have a connection to a self-help book authored by a reclusive former football coach.
